PMO / Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a PMO Consultant / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting project delivery by ensuring effective planning, tracking, and communication across all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize MS Project to create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and follow-up of meetings, including the production of clear and concise meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather updates on project progress and consolidate status reports.
  • Monitor project activities, ensuring tasks and milestones are aligned with timelines.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager, ensuring smooth project workflows.

Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience with MS Project and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to produce detailed and accurate meeting minutes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
